With 20 years in dental practice management, I work with the largest DSO’s and groups in the country and am considered one of the Dentrix Ascend experts working with the Henry Schein One team. I started my career managing a multi-specialty group practice, then became an independent dental consultant working with multi-location dental groups to achieve measurable outcomes. Next, I worked for a DSO, helping onboard and train offices to use Dentrix Ascend, which led me to working with the Henry Schein One team to build a customer success program for all Dentrix Ascend clients. My clients today range from national DSO’s to emerging groups where I partner with the owner/leadership team to understand the strategic direction and measurable outcomes desired, and then provide resources to achieve these goals. I author a customer success article series and frequent webinars to share best practices for Dentrix Ascend clients. I was recently awarded the Henry Schein One National Customer Success Manager of the year, the first year this award was created. Thanks to my dentist father’s influence, I am especially interested in working with dental leaders who believe in dental/medical integration and improving healthcare outcomes. To best support these leaders, I combine my MBA and ICF coaching certification to help dental practice owners/managers to achieve personal/professional goals.
